Justice & Arts Scotland are hosting a series of ‘Meet the Artist’ Zoom events over the next few months.

YDance, the award-winning national dance organisation for children and young people in Scotland, will lead a workshop for members of the Arts and Justice Network onThursday 26 November 7.30pm – 8.45pm. (1 hour – 15 mins)

This session will focus on YDance’s work with young people from Polmont prison and will highlight; outcomes, project delivery model and strategies for engagement.

The workshop will be part discussion, with opportunities to ask questions and part practical. There will be a short, fun, warm up and a creative movement task that could be used in a prison context led by YDance’s CashBack dance artist, Aimee Friel and Head of Participation, Emma Stewart-Jones.
